We offer bi-weekly billing statements complete with a detailed description of the work completed as well as balances to be paid for the completion of the project. At Construction Concepts, it is our promise to present a clear, honest and accurate statement to ensure the financial integrity of the project and your peace of mind.

Critical Path Scheduling

A well-executed schedule is imperative to successful completion of any construction project. Whether your project is a small 1st time remodel or a major addition to your existing home, Construction Concepts applies the same template to create and execute all scheduled requirements while remaining flexible enough to adapt to the constantly evolving nature of the project.

On-Site Leadership and Quality Control

Quality workmanship and schedule integrity is of the highest priority during the construction project. In order to ensure that daily work and progress is properly performed, every project is assigned a qualified on-site supervisor to monitor daily progress and quality performance of all tradesmen and materials. Weekly reports are available to the client to detail all work performed for the week as well as confirmation of future progress goals.

Risk Management

Construction Concepts carries all necessary insurance and updates all vendors regularly to ensure that your interest and project are adequately protected from potential liability.

Post Construction

Project Completion

A detailed walk through will be performed in order to ensure that you are completely satisfied with all aspects of the project.

Warranty

Construction Concepts will warranty all workmanship for 1 year with materials warranted for the duration as specified by the manufacturer. On the occasion that there are any issues, Construction Concepts has a proven track record of immediate attention to address and follow through with any warranty concerns.
